Pantaleone Megna
Co-Founder and CEO
Graduated in Engineering at the University of Pisa, he worked long time for an International manufacturer of luminaires and lighting control system. After this experience in the lighting field he decided to co-found Luxive. He's member of Engineers of Italy, professional memeber of the IALD (International Association of Lighting Designers), member of AIDI (Associazione Italiana di Illuminazione), and member of APIL (Associazione Professionisti dell'Illuminazione).
Nadia Mencaroni
Co-Founder, CFO and MKT Manager
Graduated in "Lingue e Letterature Straniere" at the University of Bologna, she worked long time for a Luxury Goods Brand, managing and developing the international market. After this experience, she decided to co-found Luxive.
